If you are looking for shared accommodation to reduce costs, we suggest booking an airbnb in the Benahavis village so you are within walking distance to the retreat venue. This can be arranged with other participants via your whatsapp group which you will be added into once your application has been approved.

If you are looking for a private or twin room, there is one hotel in the village called Amanahavis.

If you choose to stay outside of the village, it is suggested to rent a car to drive to and from the venue every day.

*During the summer months we are able to offer shared accommodation on site – please email us for more information on this option.

The Benahavis Village, although small, has an abundance of affordable restaurants and cafes offering various cuisines – from traditional Spanish tapas, Italian, Indian, Thai, Lebanese, and the most recent addition of a health food cafe serving up oat lattes and brunch. Whatever your dietary preference, you will have no issue finding options to suit you.

Do I have to participate in everything?

You are never obliged to participate in everything, however these retreat experiences are specifically designed for your benefit, and you only get back what you put in, so our suggestion is your participation in everything.

Do I need to arrive at a specific time?

Ideally yes! Aim to arrive at the venue no later than 6pm. We start every retreat with an opening ceremony on the first evening of your stay, and we wouldn’t want you to miss this.

I live nearby. Can I attend a retreat or training on a local rate?

Yes, we offer a local daily rate. Please email us for a quote.

Are your retreats open to men?

Absolutely. Unless specifically stated, the retreats are open to all genders.

Are your retreats open to all ages?

Yes. Unless you are booking specifically onto the Medicine For Millennials retreat which is for 20/30 something’s, all other retreats and programs are open to all ages.

Elizabeth, 32.

This retreat was brilliant! Life changing infact. It was so good for me in so many ways. I learned a lot, not only about myself, but about nutrition, meditation, life, people and it helped me focus again on what is important and made me realize again that its ok to love myself and look after myself and my body well. I think everyone should do this...why? Because I think whoever you are, whatever you know, however self-aware you are, you couldn’t leave this experience without gaining something from it
