Travel Info

Please book flights arriving at either Malaga Airport, Jerez Airport, or Gibraltar Airport.

Arrival

If you are arriving into Malaga Airport there will be a transfer car arranged to collect the group between 14.30 – 15.00.

If you are arriving into Gibraltar or Jerez Airports, there will be a transfer car arranged to collect the group between 15.30 – 16.00.

If you wish to be included in a transfer then your flight must be scheduled to land within or before that time frame. Please provide us with your landing time, airline and flight number so we can include you in the transfer booking.

Your group transfer cost will be split between the group, and we will confirm the exact cost four days prior to the retreat. You must have the cash ready to pay the driver upon arrival. (This is usually no more than 20 euros each).

If you are landing outside of the transfer time, we can help you to arrange a taxi at the best price available.

Departures

The retreat officially comes to a close at 11.00am on your scheduled last day. We suggest booking an afternoon or evening flight if possible so that you have the day to integrate your experience. Just provide us with your flight departure time prior to the retreat, and we will arrange all of your taxi shares for you in advance.

The Food

Delicious, wholesome and nutrient rich food is very much at the heart of our ethos. We advocate intuitive eating, and during our retreats we cater only natural, unrefined ingredients that nourish you from the inside out, but equally excite your palette, always leaving you feeling satisfied and fulfilled after each meal.

The menu caters to everyone, so whether you are a vegan or a meat eater we promise that your dietary preference [and any allergies] will be catered to. We are all about quality, so we can also ensure that all ingredients have been carefully sourced from local, sustainable and organic suppliers wherever possible!

*Please note for allergen sensitive people, that there is risk of cross contamination in our kitchen of gluten, dairy, and nuts.

FAQ's

Do I have to participate in everything?

You are never obliged to participate in everything, however these retreat experiences are specifically designed for your benefit, and you only get back what you put in, so our suggestion is your participation in everything.

Do I need to arrive at a specific time?

Ideally yes! Aim to arrive at the venue no later than 6pm. We start every retreat with an opening ceremony on the first evening of your stay, and we wouldn’t want you to miss this.

I live nearby. Can I attend a retreat or training on a local rate?

Yes, we offer a local daily rate. Please email us for a quote.

Are your retreats open to men?

Absolutely. Unless specifically stated, the retreats are open to all genders.

Are your retreats open to all ages?

Yes. Unless you are booking specifically onto the Medicine For Millennials retreat which is for 20/30 something’s, all other retreats and programs are open to all ages.

Jade, 30.

The Medicine Process should be mandatory for this generation. It challenges you, inspires you, awakens you and ignites you in a way that will shake you to your core, question every limiting belief you've ever had and call you to fully step into your power. I thought my journey of self enquiry and rediscovery began long ago - but this has taken it to a whole new level and I'm so excited for what I know is going to be a whole new chapter in my life. Steph, you are more than a medicine woman; you are a soul sister, an inspiration and a life changer. Here's to the start of an incredible new adventure!
