The Medicine Space

Integrative Trauma Workshops

At The Medicine Space we take an integrative and somatic approach to healing from trauma working at the embodied level, for genuine lasting integration and transformation.

Our courses and workshops, both in person and online are aimed at providing you with ongoing education, supporting you in cultivating a felt sense of safety through self- resourcing, enhanced nervous system resilience, emotional release, and somatic attunement.

We understand trauma not as something to be fixed, but as an experience held in the body and nervous system. Our approach is gentle, relational, and paced—honouring your individual capacity, lived experience, and inner wisdom. Rather than pushing for catharsis or quick results, we prioritise regulation, consent, and choice, creating conditions where meaningful change can unfold naturally over time.

The Medicine Space is a place for those seeking depth, integrity, and grounded care. Our work is informed by contemporary trauma science, embodied practices, and a respect for the complexity of healing. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or deepening an existing practice, we offer a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and integrate your experiences in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
